Where modern comfort meets eclectic
charm in a most unusual setting.

Our first stay at the Schoolhouse, but definitely not our last!! It was a fantastic stay. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted by friendly staff, who were welcoming, kind and warm. Check in was simple, as was check out and loved the room key we were given, so much more character than a plastic card! Our room was modern but also in keeping with the beautiful style of this historic building. The food was delicious, in such gorgeous surroundings. The bar was spacious, again I want to emphasise the wonderful staff. The hotel is in a great spot, with very easy access to lots of different amenities. I would highly recommend the Schoolhouse to anyone for a stay, and will absolutely return in the future- if I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

The friendliness and efficiency of the staff, the comfort, the gastro bar, the very good breakfast, the fact that they cleaned the room even in the afternoon, the very calm and discreet hotel, even though it's not in the center of Dublin it's relatively close, ideal for spending a few days in Dublin."
