We had an intimate dinner here with family and friends after a civil court ceremony and it was the perfect place! Sophie was very communicative, flexible and professional throughout the entire booking process and ensured everything was seamless on the day of the event. My husband Samuel and I had our wedding celebration in the Blue Room at the Schoolhouse in April, and we couldn't speak more highly of our experience here. The venue itself is magical and so full of character -- it felt like a fairy tale. Moreover, the food was absolutely delicious and our rooms beautiful.
In particular, we'd like to thank Sophie who went out of her way to help make our day special -- she really went the extra mile. The Schoolhouse will always have a special place in our hearts.

We had such a wonderful experience at the Schoolhouse Hotel for our wedding celebration. From start to finish, everything felt relaxed, well organised, and genuinely special.
Sophie was incredible throughout the whole process and on the day itself. She was a calm and helpful presence and really understood the vision we had for the day and brought it to life beautifully. The table setting looked stunning and created exactly the atmosphere we were hoping for.
The service during the dinner was also excellent and attentive. We also really enjoyed spending time in the pub area, and the reception staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and felt very well looked after. We are so grateful to Sophie and the whole team for helping make the day so special, and would absolutely recommend the Schoolhouse to anyone considering it for a celebration.
