Summer Barbecues
When the weather is kind, the Schoolhouse garden and terrace come into their own. Our summer BBQ packages bring together great food, cold drinks and the best of the Ballsbridge outdoors.
Your group will enjoy exclusive reserved seating on our outdoor terrace for up to three hours, with plenty of time to relax, socialise and make the most of our garden setting. A live BBQ station is available for one hour, where your own private BBQ chef prepares a selection of freshly grilled dishes right in front of your guests.
Alongside the BBQ, guests can enjoy a fresh seasonal salad buffet chosen to complement the menu. Arrival times are available between 2:00pm and 7:00pm, so the package suits an afternoon get together or an evening celebration.

WEATHER POLICY
- In case of unexpected light rain, the event may be moved indoors to our Blue Room. In case of severe weather, the event can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance or switched to a platter option in the Blue Room.

The Blue Room, with its original vaulted ceiling and open fireplace, provides a warm and elegant setting that’s full of character, making every festive gathering feel truly special.

VENUE POLICY
- On key dates a minimum of 40 people is required for a private event. Below that number the room may be shared with another small group.
